Do I need a lawyer in Spain?
|
It is essential that you have a lawyer here and would be well advised to look hard and feel comfortable with this relationship.
Make sure that he speaks sufficient English as this is not a kilo of apples you are buying but one of the biggest purchases you are likely to make in your life.
Make sure that the lawyer does not work for the real estate company as this can cause a conflict of interest.
Hamiltons do recommend Lawyers but they are completely independent from us.
